Our Process
We will require suitable pictures and information to property evaluate your item and sometimes is necessary to check items in person for an accurate evaluation. In most cases we can get back to you within two business days. If we are interested in your items, we will contact you to discuss a purchase price. Once both parties are satisfied, we will send payment and arrange pick up or shipping. You can contact us by email, phone, or text message.
How to Send us Pictures
To sell to us, we need high-resolution photographs of your pieces. The pictures should show the front, back, base, and any marks. A condition report is also needed. If there is a provenance, please be sure to also include that. We encourage you to make an initial offer, or we can make an estimate and then discuss pricing. Our offer will always be based recent auction prices.

How We Pay
Once we finish our evaluation and decide to buy your pieces, we will pay you in cash (if we can pick up in person) or we will pay remotely via Paypal, bank checks, or wire transfer.
Shipping and Pickup
For high value items we usually evaluate in person and pay directly when we pick up. For lower priced items, we will either send a prepaid shipping label and arrange pick up with a shipping company, or you may FedEx items to us with contact information for packing and payment.
